The Beginning.

Well we'll see how this goes. We've never really been ones to do the whole blog thing but we thought that it would be a good way to keep in contact with the people who care about us and who we care about.
Natalie and I met in high school, however we didn't go to the same high school. Natalie went to Copper Hill and I went to West Jordan. My senior year I was given permission to go to Copper Hills for an American Sign Language class. The class that I took wasn't able to fit in the schedule that I had. So every other day I drove out to the class. That is where I met Natalie. We were in the same class. We became friends, however we never dated... she had a boyfriend at the time and I really was just a big flirt.
Well time passed and I left to serve a LDS mission, I went to Illinois. Natalie was accepted to Brigham Young University Idaho and started school up in Rexburg. We would write on occasion and did our best to stay in contact with each other. We lost contact with each other and the writing stopped.
I returned home from Illinois in February of 2008 and started working, selling cars in Salt Lake City. Natalie was still at school and was about to return home for the summer. We had lost complete contact with each other. Until we bumped into each other again at a CES fireside in May of 2008.
After a few dates I think that we knew that getting married was going to be the next step. With that life went into a spin of planning and getting things ready. It all worked out and we were married on the 29th of August 2008. In the Salt Lake Temple.
We then went on our honeymoon right after the wedding... Natalie had never been to Nauvoo, so that is where we went. It was a wonderful time. We were able to escape the stress of the wedding and finally relax. We spent a week in Illinois, doing what ever we wanted to do. But the best part of the trip was going to the Nauvoo Temple together. I had been many times before, but it was so much better going with my wife.
Life has been slowly but surely falling into place. I sell cars in Idaho Falls, and Natalie is a full time student and has one more semester to go. Then she will have her degree in English, with an emphasis in professional writing.
